In the universal color palette, you can use the "free color" button to easily select and define your own desired color.
Step-by-step instructions:
1. Select the object you want to color.
2. Right-click on the "Item selection and color selection" button.
3. Click on "free color".
4. Now define your desired color (this is also possible using the RGB model).
5. Confirm your selection by clicking on "OK".
